Sports
Nutrition
As you become competitive in your sport, practice time and actual competitions will last longer. If your food intake is poor, it will show up in your performance. Make healthful eating a priority to provide you with that extra edge.
2.
Eating
Disorders
Nutrition therapy is an integral part of the eating disorder treatment and recovery process. The primary role of the dietitian is to assist patients in normalized eating through a series of sessions that focus on food, body weight, physical activity, and thought patterns to achieve a healthy balanced life.
3.
General
Health
Good nutrition is a major part of a healthy lifestyle. Eating a nutrient rich diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce risk of chronic disease, and promote your overall wellbeing.
4.
Personal Training
Personal Training can enhance fitness levels, maximize injury prevention and help promote overall health and wellness goals. Personal trainers have vast knowledge of various exercises, tools, and techniques that can make workouts both fun and effective.
My Approach
In order to facilitate clients' quest for healthier lives, I practice a traditional approach to nutritional counseling and fitness goals by incorporating a two-part process: establish rapport and implement behavioral changes directed at the client's goals.
